At Islaa Slowwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or defective:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Any item showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage caused by the customer
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
